RAID & Server Data Recovery
VenSys RAID Recovery service offers a group of professionals specialising in Server/RAID data recovery. All of our engineers are trained to a high level of expertise and have at least 4 year experience of Servers/RAID recovery and basic HDD restore.
VenSys can recover data from:
• Accidentally initialised disk members and even entire arrays
• Multiple hard disk failure on a RAID 5 array
• RAID systems that have been rebuilt and failed to boot following completion
• Failed member of a RAID 0 array
• Re-initialised NAS (Network Attached Storage) file servers
• Deleted files and folders
• Corrupt SQL and Microsoft Exchange databases
• 3 x failed hard disk drives on a RAID 6 system
Why does a service of RAID recovery exist?
No RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) or server System is entirely fault proof. Yes it is true that most RAID levels provide a redundancy against failure allowing for one failed disk (RAID 5 array), two failed disks (RAID 6 array), however there is absolutely no guarantee that sudden knocks or impacts, power supply faults, even natural disasters will not lead to the data loss from what was thought to be a safe and secure system.
VenSys Data Solutions offer recovery of all File Server systems and RAID Arrays regardless of the configuration, the nature of the operating system or the file system that was used to create the data. VenSys Data Solutions includes support for:
• All versions of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
Mac formatted arrays
• NAS boxes with an embedded Windows OS
• Mac OS systems, from Mac OS X Server to XSAN and other
• NAS boxes (normally with a Linux Kernel and file system)
• All versions of Enterprise Linux, Unix and POSIX based systems
VenSys Data Solutions are one of the few dedicated Server Recovery and RAID Recovery services in the UK, but unlike competing services RAID Recovery offers the only certified ISO 3 clean room environment for the repair of failed array members.
VenSys Data Solutions labs are able to repair IDE/ATA (Integrated Drive Electronics / Advanced Attachment), SATA (Serial ATA), FibreChannel, SCSI (Small Computer Systems Interface) and SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) devices in house without having to outsource our drive rebuilds to third party companies.
Please see RAID Recovery for further information about this service.
